Medium origin indicates the (X ,Y ) origin of the medium in the form definition (FORMDEF) to be used when a document is being printed. By default X=0.000 and Y=0.000. The upper bound for the X origin is the Left value, and the bound for the Y origin is the Top value.
Medium origin options disappear when the Inline Form Definition is set to On, because the medium origin always equals to (0,0) in the inline form definition to be created.
