Use AFP Character Set
|Top Previous Next|
Choose a font in the For Font sub-frame as a replacement for the font in your table.
When you select a font in the drop-down list of all the available fonts installed on your Microsoft Windows system, the current substitution for the selected font, if available, is shown in the Use AFP Character Set sub-frame. For example, C0H200B0 is a substitution for Arial.
You can add, modify, and delete a font substitution at any time. Any AFP character set that is substituted should have metrics that closely match the selected Windows font, or text in your AFP output will not be correctly placed. You can avoid some of these errors by varying the output fidelity.
More reference on AFP font mapping with Windows fonts, read the AFP Font Mapping Table.
